The zoo will probably be an awesome substitute area if you prefer to receive animals photographs without having obtaining a visit to safari in summer season. You could acquire their photographs from the safe bench that may be accessible in close proximity to the cages. To create you accomplishment in taking the pictures of animals that you might want, you are able to adhere to the following strategies.
From a jungle of rain-washed pines and junipers spearing the new blueness of your Florida sky, ran a small, tawny-haired boy. His bare feet, extending from his overalled legs, crackled towards the fallen palmettos. He leaped in to the air, flinging his arms toward a flock of white doves circling above him.
65 525 Rowe PlDavis, CA 95616 (530) 758-5650 I was taking my cat Sara, in a pet , tied to bicycle rack, when I got there rack broke and cat did #1 #2 inside pet carrier. I was outside Midtown s door, but called and explain I was outside but too embarrassed to bring soiled Sara in . She replied " bring her in, we're gonna wash her up and give immunizations anyways". Wow what a outstanding caring place.
Definitely 5 stars. Great customer service. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Didn't rush appointment. Vet took his time sharing with me about my new dog. Got a lot of information. Facility to animal friendly and clean. When I called to make my first appointment there, they were already giving me an explanation of what everything cost (regular, emergency, and overnight costs). The last vet I went to didn't tell me a single number until it was time to charge me, so this is a great change of pace and really allows me to figure out my options before I take them.
The vet was also really friendly and seemed knowledgeable, and she handled my kitten with ease. As a funny aside: I'm a bit absent minded. All I could think about after the appointment was getting home and cooking myself some food, so when the vet released me, I sat somewhat aimlessly in the reception area for a minute before leaving. Because the receptionists were busy, they didn't notice me and I left.
Ten minutes later in the car, my boyfriend asks me, "Hey, did you pay them?" We immediately rushed back to the vet and received three calls in the meantime ahaha. I was going to the Animal Wellness Center before I found Midtown rattery and I realized that I was being overcharged on the vet visits for my rats. The vet at Midtown was really nice and did everything she could to help my rats. Was able to get same day appointment! Our dog had an eye problem (turns out something was embedded in her eye), so we called and got a same day appointment.
We could not be happier with the office layout, and the vet who helped us. On top of great service, we were shocked at how low our bill was. Or dog is happy and on the road to recovery. Thank you! Honestly, if I ever move out of Davis, I will miss Midtown the most. I have had 4 pets go through them including a hamster (only vet in Davis that would see him), one slightly special cat, and a dog-aggressive dog who needs extra precautions during visits.
They handle my animals so well. Every vet I've had an experience with there is kind and talks is through everything, step by step. Best of all, they're not very expensive and will tell you if you can get something for cheaper elsewhere. Also, their vet techs have always fallen in love with all our pets, and it is so sweet that they really have an office full of pet-lovers like us. Brought my dog in when they were about to close.
He is a difficult dog and they did great keeping him calm and communicating with me. They called later in the week to see how he was doing! Best vet clinic ever. Super knowledgable staff, but also exceptional bedside manner. They've helped my animals stay very healthy. I recommend them to any animal lover/pet owner. Great service on my pup! The doctors recently removed a cancerous tumor. My pup is now back to her normal self.
My vet of choice in Davis for both our cat and dog. We have had great experiences with Drs Coil, Gravem and Hartinger. The staff get you in and out quickly. Highly recommend! I have a cat who really hates going to the vet. He usually knows as soon as I take out his carrier. Well this morning, I had an appointment here at 9:20. I was having a difficult time with my cat this morning. He was hiding and it was not easy to get him there.
Since I am a new client, they asked me to get there ten minutes before my appointment. I got there at 9:22 since my cat was giving me such a hard time, and because of traffic. I also forgot to mention that my cat poops EVERY single time I take him to the vet, and this was no exception. As soon as I got to this place, the lady at the front desk was VERY rude. She told me that my appointment was at 9:20, but we were most likely going to have to reschedule.
With all the trouble I went through to get my cat there, I walked out. I don't know what bothered me more, the fact that she was so rude, or the fact that we had to reschedule even though I got there 2 minutes after my scheduled appointment. By the way, i will not be returning. I came here because I noticed my dog had tapeworm in his waste, so naturally I was alarmed. I called right at opening and was able to get a same-day appointment for 1.
5 hours after I called. I had to come in early to fill out new client paperwork, and when my dog pooped in the lobby, the front desk staffed cleaned it without any frustration/attitude. One staff in particular was not as warm/friendly as the others, but she was not rude. Dr. Hartinger was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet and kind and helped calm my dog down alot. She was easy to talk to, and listened to my concerns and questions with patience.
I could tell she really cared about my dog. I can affirm that she is one of the kindest vets I think my dog has ever had. Affordability wise, it is about as much as any other vet. However, I find it to be slightly less expensive than nearby vets. A checkup is $48 and required for a prescription - esp if you're a new client. However the small dog deworming pill only cost $15. The fecal test actually cost more than the checkup at around $60.
But, vet bills are rarely inexpensive. Overall 9/10 would recommend! :) My husband and I have been bringing out pets here for close to 14 years. The first two, Mackey and Makenna received great care and we lost them in 2014 and 2015 from old age. Dr. Kelly Regan was their primary doctor. Today, we took our newest 18 month old twin babies, Dillon and Rocky, and we scored with having Kelly working with them.
Our twin boys are quite "talkative" but she had them calmed pretty quickly. Dillon was a tad more timid, but Dr. Regan had me stand near him and he completely relaxed. It's a great team, and while they have to deal with anxious pet-parents, they do a phenomenal job of keeping everyone calm. Most are UCD Vet Med alumni, which is fantastic! We'll never switch. This is the place for our babies. Both were adopted from Yolo SPCA, as were the previous two.
Staff if very friendly and were very understanding of my first-time pet owner paranoia. Called the clinic after finding a tapeworm on my cat's fur, got an appointment for the next morning. The building is clean and new, very nice atmosphere. Dr. Nguyen was incredibly nice, even my cat (who was hating the entire experience of having the leave the house) seemed somewhat at ease with her. She got a routine check up, they treated her quickly with the tapeworm medication (which was very reasonably priced), and sent us on our way.
This is definitely going to be our vet for all of my cat's annual checkups as well as any other problems that may (hopefully not) come up. I'd used this place from when my pup was a tiny little pup, to the very depressing day that she had to leave the world. The staffs here are very friendly and treat both the pets and the pet owners with dignity, and I used to think that this was a norm for just all vets.
.. except I had gone to other vets, and was treated very, very poorly by those other places. Midtown Animal Clinic is amazing though- and as much as I am deeply saddened by the loss of my furchild and will not be having another one for a while, I would definitely recommend this place to everyone else who has a furchild. I took my dog here today for an infected hotspot on her face. I scored a same day appointment which was great.
The reception staff was very kind and the doctor who saw my dog was awesome. She was very gentle, listened to my concerns, and was friendly to my scared and hurting dog. The doctor cleaned the dog's face for me, and prescribed an oral antibiotic. The bill was $86, which was pleasantly reasonable. I was in and out in 35 minutes. Will definitely go back. This is a great place to take your animals. Very nice, until they're not.
I'm sure the veterinarian is great but the staff... oof. I bring my rats to midtown and absolutely love Dr. Aine Coil. She talks me through exactly what she's doing during her exams and listens to any questions or concerns I may have. She is very knowledgeable and handles my boys with the utmost care. It's clear the staff care about your pets! I even received a hand written condolence letter after I had to euthanize one of my boys.
After going to a few other vets in the past, I'm definitely sticking with Midtown for my boys!! Great staff, affordable, friendly. Cinder loved her visit. Normally a vocal controlling shepherd she does well with the staff and I will take her back. Only vet we use. Love this place! They always provide the best service for my dog. All the vets that have helped my dog there have been fantastic.
Although I live in Sacramento now, I will still continue to go to this vet for my dog. Thank you for everything you have done for my little Mango!
