Dr. Tracey Dutson I was born in Buffalo, New York, and grew up in California, so I guess you could call me a true bi-coastal baby! In 1996, I moved to Arizona in order to study Agribusiness at Arizona State, graduating in 1999. While studying at ASU, I began volunteering at the Arizona Humane Society and a local Emergency Animal Clinic. In 1997, I became a Veterinary Nurse at the emergency clinic. In 1998, I started working as a Vet Tech at AZ Pet Vet Bell Ridge Animal Hospital.
It was my first experience in the AZ Pet Vet family – but not my last! In 2000, I went back to school to study Veterinary Medicine at Colorado State University, ad received my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2004.Today, I am proud to be a part of the AZ Pet Vet family again. My special interests in the Vet field include Dentistry, Dermatology and Ophthalmology, and laser surgeries.Life at home includes my husband Derek, daughters Ashley and Tiffany, plus my mother Debbi.
We have two pets – an 11-year-old Rhodesian Ridgeback/Australian Cattle Dog mix, and a 14-year-old Flame Point Ragdoll cat. My hobbies include reading, photography, scrapbooking, church, cooking and riding bikes.
